The terms of use

Use of the app is covered by Apple’s standard license agreement for apps (EULA). This page also explains One Hand Plus. For the processing of personal data, read our privacy policy.

What stays free

Logging feeds, sleep, diapers and other moments yourself, and looking back at your saved history, stay available without Plus. The optional sign in with Apple is not required to start logging.

What Plus adds

Plus gives access to logging together with your partner and other caregivers. One parent pays for the family; invited caregivers do not need their own subscription. Plus also includes fuller weekly overviews, a comparison with the previous week, and saving and sharing your log as a file. You choose a monthly or yearly subscription in the app. The current price, the length of the subscription and the terms of any free trial are shown at the moment of purchase.

Free trial and renewal

A free trial is only available when it is offered with the chosen subscription and you qualify for it. After the free trial the subscription becomes a paid subscription, unless you cancel in time. The purchase confirmation says when you will be charged.

A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Manage or end it in the subscription settings of your Apple Account. Deleting the app, signing out and deleting data do not cancel your subscription. Apple shows when a change takes effect.

When Plus ends

Logging together and the extra Plus overviews pause when the subscription or free trial ends. Your saved history stays available and you can keep logging on your own device. The parent who invited the family manages and restores the subscription.

Restoring purchases and help

If you bought Plus before, use Restore purchases in the app with the same purchase account. For a refund request, follow Apple’s procedure for purchase problems. For any other question, our help page has explanations and contact details.

A log, not medical advice

One Hand helps you record what you enter yourself. It makes no diagnosis and gives no personal feeding or sleep advice. Check the data you note, and talk to a healthcare provider if you are worried about your baby.
